I’m a mother who came to the United States to build a life for herself. I didn’t start with an impressive academic background or an established network. Before becoming an Arizona real estate agent, I worked in technology sales, ran an Amazon business and operated booths at international trade shows. I’m grateful for the media coverage and for everyone who has supported and trusted me. This story isn’t about showing off a ranking. It’s about what the journey has taught me.

Technology sales introduced me to targets and cost control. Running a cross-border Amazon business brought inventory pressure, shipping delays and the anxiety of losing access to a selling account. At trade shows across the United States, I learned to negotiate face to face and manage a team when plans changed without warning. There were times when the team arrived before the products, or staffing problems left a booth unable to operate as planned. I had to take responsibility, find another way and keep going. Sales, e-commerce, trade shows and real estate may seem like different worlds. For me, each one has become part of how I serve my clients. I study the market, understand the numbers, prepare for negotiations and take the practical work seriously.

I came to the United States on my own more than ten years ago. At one point, my bank balance was down to four figures, but I kept going. Learning by doing in Taiwan and the United States has made me more resilient, but also more understanding. I know that buying or selling a home comes with questions and responsibilities, and I want to take the time to hear yours.

To me, success isn’t just a Top 1% ranking. It also means having time to watch my children grow and making time to listen and respond carefully to my clients. Studying the market and helping people were part of my work long before the recognition. People sometimes joke that I must be doing very well. What they may not see is the time and effort behind the work. I believe the value you bring is what earns people’s trust. I’m not the smartest person or the one with the most resources. But I can choose to be steady, genuine and persistent.
